Great filter My pond master, who takes care of our pond, recommended this filter. It was a great replacement for our non-rigid filter.

Much improved products/Fantastic customer service This was ordered as a replacement for the original prefilter which became bent and unusable. The new filter is sturdier and has a better design. It should be much more durable. i had an issue with the plastic insert that allows it to fit on the pump and 123ponds.com went above and beyond to get the inserts shipped to me from the manufacturer. They were extremely responsive to all the email traffic and took of the problem efficiently and pleasantly. i can't recommend them highly enought
